  • 3 cups whole wheat flour

  • 1/4 cup wheat bran
  • 4 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds

Directions:

Apart from seeds, collect all ingredients in a bread pan in order to follow manufacturer. Now select the ingredient (whole wheat) and press start.
